Key Account Representative
Employment Status: Full Time
Location: Seattle, WA
Reports to: Key Account Support Manager
Function: The primary responsibility of the person holding this position is to provide dedicated and specialized customer service to those customers with Key Account status; specifically in the areas of training, installation and use of Zonar products and services.
Essential Tasks and Duties
- Help new customers install and implement Zonar Hardware and Software
- Train new customers, new employees
- Monitor customer websites
- Process RMAs
- Communicate regularly with customers
- Assist customers with questions/problems
- Assist customers with new products/upgrades/versions
- Maintain records in Salesforce CRM, Sharepoint and Navision
- Test new Zonar products
- Prepare and perform yearly audits
- Review monthly customer reports
- Communicate customer requests, ideas, and suggestions
- Follow customer specific instructions and/or procedures
- Verification/QC of 3rd party installers
Knowledge and Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good people and presentation skills
- Ability to set goals and achieve scheduled deadlines
- Strong computer skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, specific software programs used by Zonar, and Zonar products
- Knowledge of Operating Systems and file systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot Zonar system problems
- Ability to travel extensively and on short notice
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Technically proficient in completing job related responsibilities
Education
Minimum Associate Degree
Experience
- Experience with customer service and training preferred
- Experience in electronics or mechanic preferred
- Experience in training end users preferred
Compensation
Base Salary + Commission Sharing Plan + Travel Allowance
