Lance Pilkington

Vice President of Customer Care

Lance joined the Zonar team in 2010 to lead the Customer Care organization. He supervises both Field Services and Customer Care operations which support Zonar's wide range of customers with technical capability, regulatory knowledge, and product deployment. Lance was previously at Precor, a world leader in the manufacturing, sale and distribution of premium fitness equipment, where he managed the operations and customer service organization in Europe, Africa and the Middle East from 1994 to 2006. In 2006, Lance relocated to the head office in Washington State to launch the new Entertainment division where his responsibilities included both manufacturing and customer support. Lance attended Manchester Technical College with an emphasis in electrical and mechanical engineering.
