It is Zonar's policy that it does not provide access to a customer's data unless the customer has provided written consent or as required by legal process.  If a requesting entity initiates legal process seeking to require the production of a customer's data, Zonar should attempt to notify the customer as soon as possible to give the customer an opportunity to present an opposition to production in the legal proceeding.
