Accurate Hours-of-Service
Specifically designed with the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA) in mind, the 2020’s ZLogs™ meets the US DOT standards in 49 CFR Part 395.15. Drivers utilize the 2020 to easily view available hours, update duty status, and electronically submit service records. When all information is recorded and complete, drivers place the 2020 into the vehicle mount. All submitted reports are instantly transmitted and available for viewing in Zonar’s web-based Ground Traffic Control application.
Verified Electronic Vehicle Inspections
The 2020 includes the Electronic Vehicle Inspection Report (EVIR®) system to simplify the entire vehicle inspection process. Replacing the traditional, paper-based process, drivers use the 2020 to electronically conduct vehicle inspections by scanning RFID tags placed at each mandated vehicle zone. Drivers identify component conditions using the onscreen QWERTY keyboard and can send pictures of defects with the completed report. When the 2020 is returned to the in-vehicle dock, all inspection information is immediately transmitted to Ground Traffic Control.
Complete Visibility into Fleet Operations
Fleet managers have complete visibility into routes, vehicles, and driver behavior to optimize fleet performance with Ground Traffic Control. This web-based application provides fleet managers a central location to access data for their entire fleet.
