How It Works A simple peel & stick installation, Zonar's HD-GPS captures fleet and driver activity data in 4 dimensions; latitude, longitude, time, and speed; at every point of data collection. This frequent pinpoint recording of vehicle stops, speeds, routes traveled, excessive idling and other events gives you the ability to know now what is happening with your fleet and workforce.
Additional inputs record workflow processes and other functions such as pre- and post-trip inspections, time and attendance data, personnel tracking and engine diagnostics. Other detailed events including wheelchair lifts, stop arm activation, and boom and bucket movements can also be recorded. All this event data is transmitted, via radio or cellular communication, and collected in a secure database that you can readily access from any web-browser with our Ground Traffic Control™ application.
