This Policy describes how Zonar Systems, Inc. (“Zonar”) uses and protects any Personal Information (i.e., information that can be used to identify you) that Zonar collects about you when you visit and interact with the website. It also outlines how Zonar uses the information it collects about you. Summary of the website: Our mission is to improve the safety and efficiency of over-the-road vehicle operations, by providing hardware and software that automates vehicle data collection to allow fleet operators to understand how their vehicles are being used. The website is a public forum that allows us to share information about our products and services with current and prospective customers, post job openings, and share information about our organization.
Applicability: This Policy does not apply to job applicants or our employees.
When You Represent a Third Party: Whenever you interact with us on behalf of another individual or entity, such as by providing or accessing Personal Information about another individual, you represent that your interactions and exchanges comply with applicable data protection laws. The types of information that we may have collected about you during your visits to and interactions with the website during the previous 12 months are:

- Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as your browsing history, search history, and information regarding your interactions with us (including interacting with us online, by the mobile application, and through advertisements).
- Geolocation information, such as longitude and latitude from your IP address.
- Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory or similar information, such as video recordings of our premises.
- Professional, employment, or education information, such as job title, business address, employment history, or other professional information.
- Education information that is not publicly available personally identifiable information as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

Note that we generally try to match the information we collect from you to the information we require to provide you the information, products or services you request, and the above list is broad to simply capture the types of information required for many possible different interactions between us. Not all of the above information is captured for each interaction between us. Our core business is providing products and services and information about those products and services, as well as information that can help us improve those products and services, as opposed to collecting information about you and trying to monetize that information in a manner not related to the products and service we provide.
