Save the reconnect fee by renewing before your service expires. Plans may be renewed for multiple years on any 4G device. Plans start at $134 USD*
+ Plus tax, prices subject to change. If your subscription has expired, there is an additional fee to reactivate. You will not be charged this fee if you renew while your subscription is still active. Service is available in the United States and Canada. Not all services are available everywhere, particularly in remote or enclosed areas. The area that a vehicle is traveling may affect the service level provided. The fault code will be transmitted as soon as service becomes available.
* Attention: Trucks equipped with Virtual Technician and/or Visibility fleet services built in April 2019 or earlier may have 3G hardware installed. 3G cellular service will be discontinued on some networks on 1/31/2022. We can assist you in upgrading to a 4G device.
